Literally "April Fish," Poisson d'Avril is the French and French-Canadian practical joke of attaching a paper fish to the back of an unsuspecting friend.

Here in Vancouver, Wild Salmon Supporter Provence Marinaside is celebrating the jokester holiday with a month-long special chef's menu.

According to City Food Magazine, diners run the risk of getting a fish pinned to their back. If this happens to you, take a closer look at the fish -- you may win something!
